The coronavirus (koronavirus, in Finnish) crisis is getting bigger. A large number of countries in the world are currently asking their people to stay home. And the 'world's leading free porn site' Pornhub has decided to take advantage of it. They say the want to give people stuck in lockdown one more way to pass their time.
The adult entertainment website has even temporarily changed the title of its website to 'Stayhomehub' as it encourages its audience to continue to isolate.
Pornhub is now offering its premium service for free around the world until 23 April, and no credit card details are required.
"With nearly one billion people in lockdown across the world because of the coronavirus pandemic, it’s important that we lend a hand and provide them with an enjoyable way to pass the time," said Corey Price, Vice President of Pornhub.
"We hope by expanding our offer of free Pornhub Premium worldwide, people have an extra incentive to stay home and flatten the curve," he added.
How to get free premium service
Normally priced at $9.99 per month, Pornhub’s premium service includes access to HD-quality videos without ads. You can get the free subscription by visiting the 'StayHomehub' website, where you’ll be asked to self-isolate or regularly wash your hands and maintain the social distance.
You can then sign up with an email address, username, and password.
Outside of the adult film industry, Pornhub is donating 50,000 masks to various New York health centers and firefighters. It has also given 50,000 euro to European organizations to purchase additional masks. The site can be accessed from Finland.
