Swedish Crown Princess Victoria has tested positive for the coronavirus, the royal court announced on Saturday.

The 44-year-old heir apparent is said to be fully vaccinated. She has cold symptoms but is otherwise doing fine, a statement said.

Victoria is following the public health advice and isolating at home together with her family, it added.

On Monday, the palace in Stockholm confirmed that King Carl Gustav, 75, and Queen Silvia, 78, had tested positive for the coronavirus. Both have been vaccinated three times.

They too were said to have only mild symptoms.
